~ BEACH DAY ~

With my travel buddy, we had one of the most YOLO overseas experience to Taiwan. It was kind of exciting and adventurous for us also because it was our first trip alone together after knowing each other since young. :) Our 7 days itinerary was split between Taipei and Kaohsiung and we had the opportunity to take the high speed rail which take an hour and half before reaching our destination.

Some nice places which we went such as 九份, 十分放天灯 where our driver brought us to the various far away places. He gave us a tour around the area and showed us some of the nice things and souvenirs that tourists would usually buy.

On the last day, we went cycling and an island adventure and the beach was so pretty that we stayed until sunset before we left for night market. We shopped until 11pm which was pretty amazing as there were many good food and cute merchandise which make me go broke on the very last day. The craziest thing we did was queue for 佳德, a very popular brand known for their delicacy are always hot-selling. Luckily, she realized that it wasn't that bad after all since there were more people queuing up after us and she waited outside me with our luggage while I grabbed the favourite pineapple tarts, Nougat green onion and other yummy products available.

~ YUMMY FOOD ~

It was a fruitful trip with lots of laughter at the end. I am so grateful for her high tolerance level for me because my luggage decided to breakdown on me during the last day. Having a driver for the trip really made it more relaxing and convenient even though it was only two of us.

I can't wait to travel again once corona-virus has subsided and hang out with my friends!! For now, stay safe everyone and take care!! xoxo.

With loads of love,
